Kia Electrode Shargh Manufacturing Company has been established under the National Identification Number: 10860325845 on 12 March 2007 and in the form of a private joint stock company and then the said company has been registered through the number: 2406 dated 12 March 2007 in the Office for the Companies Registration & Industrial Ownership of BOJNOORD City and consequently, the company has started the operation on 06 November 2010. The said company was changed to a Public joint stock company on 11 March 2020 and by virtue of the minutes issued by the Extraordinary General Assembly dated 15 February 2020 and the said company has been admitted under "KIA" symbol in the Over the Counter (OTC) of IRAN and on 08 September 2020. The main center of the foregoing company and the factory thereof is now locating at SANAT 3, BIDAK Industrial City, BOJNOORD City, North KHORASAN Province, IRAN.
